~Pinza Romana~

Pinsa dough is made with a mixture of wheat, soy, rice, and 
sourdough.  The dough is 80% water, and is made using a
different technique than is used in preparing standard pizza
dough.  The result is a delicious crust that is crunchy on the 
outside, and soft on the inside.


Philly Cheesesteak Pinsa  $14.5
 Roast beef, mozzarella, hot giardiniera

Shrimp, calamari, baby clams, fresh basil, olive oil,
mozzarella, feta cheese


Margherita Pinsa  $12
  Fresh tomato, garlic, basil


Prosciutto Pinsa  $14.5
 Prosciutto, arugula, fresh mozzarella, balsamic glaze

Reuben Pinsa  $14.5
Corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, thousand
island dressing

Mediterranean Pinsa  $16
Chicken, zucchini, red onion, green pepper, roasted red
pepper, garlic, mozzarella, feta cheese

Caprese Pinsa  $12

 Fresh tomatoes, arcadian greens, basil, shaved parmesan,
mozzarella, balsamic and olive oil drizzle

 
Veggie Pinsa  $12
 Fresh tomatoes, red onions, sweet peppers, mushrooms,
black olives
