~Pinza Romana~

Pinsa dough is made with a mixture of wheat, soy, rice, and 
sourdough.  The dough is 80% water, and is made using a
different technique than is used in preparing standard pizza
dough.  The result is a delicious crust that is crunchy on the 
outside, and soft on the inside.


Philly Cheesesteak Pinsa
 Roast beef, mozzarella, hot giardiniera

BLT  Pinsa.
Bacon. Lettuce. Chopped tomato and drizzled with Mayonnaise.


Margherita Pinsa
  Fresh tomato, garlic, basil


Prosciutto Pinsa
 Prosciutto, arugula, fresh mozzarella, balsamic glaze

Reuben Pinsa
Corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, thousand
island dressing

Mediterranean Pinsa
Chicken, zucchini, red onion, green pepper, roasted red
pepper, garlic, mozzarella, feta cheese

Caprese Pinsa

 Fresh tomatoes, arcadian greens, basil, shaved parmesan,
mozzarella, balsamic and olive oil drizzle

 
Veggie Pinsa
 Fresh tomatoes, red onions, sweet peppers, mushrooms,
black olives
