~Pinza Romana~

Pinsa dough is made with a mixture of wheat, soy,
rice and sourdough. The dough is 80% water and
is made using a different technique than is
used in preparing standard pizza dough.

The result is a delicious crust that is
​ crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

MEDITERRANEAN PINSA    $16
Chicken, Mixed Roasted Vegetables, Garlic, Mozzarella, Feta Cheese.

CAPRESE PINSA    $12
Fresh Tomatoes, Arcadian Greens, Basil, Shaved Parmesan,
Mozzarella, Balsamic and Olive Oil Drizzle.


VEGGIE PINSA    $12
Fresh Tomatoes, Red Onion, Sweet Pepper,
Mushrooms, Black Olives, Mozzarella.
